This course explains the benefits of diversity and is designed to increase employee awareness, help build teamwork, and minimize internal conflict creating healthier and better performing teams. It introduces the concept of unconscious bias and explains how identity filters create barriers to inclusion, relationships, and performance. It also explores the challenges to diversity in the workplace. This course teaches learners the basics of identity filters, subconscious bias, and stereotypes, which are barriers not just to diversity and inclusion, but also to good communication, teamwork, and performance.
